Katherine Sage, MA, MTh, RP
& Clinical Supervisor
I work with couples and individuals to ease their symptoms of anxiety and depression, process past traumas, make major life changes and repair relationships, including those affected by conflict, loss or betrayal.
I am extensively trained and certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as in many other trauma-informed and mindfulness-based therapies, including the mindfulness and psychotherapy program at Harvard University. With over 5,000 hours of clinical experience, I feel this combined approach can offer deep emotional healing and practical skills for making lasting change.
Through our work together, I will try to help you find a path to greater happiness – to live your life with more joy, confidence and courage. Please feel free to request a free15–minute consultation.

Couples Counselling
As a couples therapist, I am certified by the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). The EFT approach, often known as the “gold standard” of couples therapy, can help you understand why you fight, how you fight, and how to choose a better way. Regular, extended and full-day sessions available.
$200/session
Individual Therapy
I specialize in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems and major life transitions. Through a variety of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based practices, my goal is to help you discover a way to live with more confidence, freedom and joy.
